Google For India: Sundar Pichai announces investment of Rs 75,000 crore in India over the next 5-7 years

At the sixth edition of Google for India, Alphabet and Google CEO announced new 'Google For India Digitisation Fund' in India. Through this effort, Pichai revealed, Google will invest Rs 75,000 crore or $10 billion in India over the course of the next five to seven years. Pichai says that the company will make this investment in India through a mix of equity investments, partnerships, and operational infrastructure in the ecosystem.
